    [7.] Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA („Google“). The legal base is our predominant legitimate interest (website usage analysis). We have a data processing contract with Google.
When visiting our website, the software creates a connection to and transfers data to Google servers that are partly located in the USA. Furthermore, Google Analytics uses cookies to save information on the website user and his/her behaviour on the website. The website uses the “IP anonymization” function. This way, your IP address in member states of the European Union and other contract partner states in the European Economic Area is shortened and therefore anonymized. In exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to Google servers in the USA and shortened there. According to Google’s declarations, Google uses the collected data to analyse the website, proved website activity reports and other services related to the website and internet usage. In some cases, Google will transfer this information to third parties, as long as it is legally legitimate and as long these third parties process these data on behalf of Google.

You can find detailed information on how Google Analytics handles user data in the Google Privacy Policy.

    [8.] Contact form

After sending the contact form your personal data will be processed by the privacy officer with the purpose of processing your request based on your consent given by sending the request.
There is no legal obligation to provide personal data. Not providing it will result in you not being able to send you request and us not being able to process it.
You have the right to withdraw your consent in writing. The legitimacy of the processing between you giving and withdrawing consent is not touched by this.
Your data will be processed according to the initial purpose, on the same legal basis for direct marketing purposes without consent obligation such as postal advertising until recalled. In this case, your data will be transferred to mailing services.
You have the right to object the usage of your personal data for direct marketing purposes in writing. In case of your objection, your data will no longer be processed for direct marketing purposes.
