Terms and conditions für room reservations
We value clear conditions and would like to inform you: We will gladly accept your reservation in person or via telephone. On behalf of both parties we kindly ask you to confirm your reservation in writing (letter, fax, e-mail). This guarantees a room is available for you. If you arrive later than 6.00 p.m., we kindly ask to inform us in advance.
It safes check-out time and makes it easier for us if you give us your exact billing address in advance.
Written reservations without a money deposit or declaration of the credit card number cannot be guaranteed. For stays longer than 3 nights, a prepayment of one night or the declaration of your credit card data including validity date is obligatory.
Cancellation conditions from January 6th to December 23rd
- up to 14 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
- up to 7 days before arrival: 30 % of the overall costs, at least 1/2 night
- up to 3 days before arrival: 50 % of the overall costs, at least 1 night
- less than 3 days before arrival: 80 % of the overall costs, at least 1 night
Cancellation conditions from December 23rd to January 6th
- up to 60 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
- up to 30 days before arrival: 30 % of the overall costs, at least 1 night
- up to 14 days before arrival: 50 % of the overall costs, at least 2 nights
- less than 14 days before arrival: 80 % of the overall costs, at least 2 nights
Individual agreements excepted.
For banquet and group reservations we have separate terms and conditions
Salzburg is understood as the place of jurisdiction and execution.
In the event of late payment, we charge 8 % interest on arrears.
The Austrian law and the Austrian hotel contract conditions (Österreichische Hotelsvertragsbedingungen ÖHVB) are understood to be applied.
